As our national conversation on systemic racism continues, Foreign Policy for America partnered with WCAPS (Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security, and Conflict Transformation) and Colombe Foundation for the second in a series of conversations on race and foreign policy. In this discussion, we hosted a panel of distinguished leaders for a discussion on the increasing militarization of American foreign policy and whether the U.S. perceives and responds differently to threats emanating from communities of color abroad.
