Willa Lerner is the Democracy and Human Rights Policy Advisor at FP4A. Previously, she served as FP4A’s Political Manager, leading the organization’s education and endorsement of candidates for Congress. Prior to joining FP4A, Willa worked as an Associate at Blue Star Strategies, an international government relations consulting firm where she focused on supporting clients in the health, telecommunications, and education fields across Latin America and Africa. Willa received an M.A. in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in International Studies from Kenyon College.
